- We received most feedbacks / reviews that the collar going off randomly beep and vibrate or Shock for no reason.
- Sometimes we forgot to put the rubber cover fully sealed on the charging port after the collar charged fully. so it will not be waterproof. We put the collar on our dogs for 2 days to see whether the rubber cover on the collar fully sealed or not. (do not wear the collar on your dogs over 12 hours per day), he play with friends, shake his head, tickle his neck and sleep etc. the collar still fully sealed. and then we put the collar under water 50CM for testing waterproof again and again. it is 100% waterproof.
- Someone said the SHOCK doesn’t work. Make sure both of the Contact Points touch dog’s neck, If your dogs have long hair so you have to make sure you smooth out his fur around his neck and under the collar. use a lowest intensity (under 10 levels) test the shock work or not.
- Why the collar will hurt my dog?
- Do not wear the collar on your dog over 12 hours per day;
- Do not wear the collar too tight;
- Make sure both of contact points touch your dog’s neck; Do not use the SHOCK for a long time;
- Check the skin everyday to avoid ranging from redness to pressure ulcers (commonly known as bed sores).
We recommending faux sounds to provoke the behavior before actually using the dog device to correct it automatically.

We used a new technology to identify the barks from your dog by vibration and trigger the collar work. This work way is
different with most anti-bark collars on sale in the market. but you have to make sure both of contact points touch your dog’s
neck. This is very important. If not, that is why they leave the reviews said the anti-bark mode doesn’t work.
We also tested on our dogs (take off the SHOCK to test), it will not work when your dog shake his head, tickle his neck,
a baby crying around him, kids laughing around him. other dog barks around your dog, a high sounds around him.
Why one of collar beeping around my dogs neck when I am not pressing any buttons in the remote?
If you have 2 dogs and 1st collar paired to Channel 1, 2nd collar paired to Channel 2. when you change to A position, both of
them standby on anti-bark mode. If you back to Channel 1, the 1st collar in remote training mode, but the 2nd collar still on
anti-bark mode. So you must back to Channel 2 if you won’t to use anti-bark mode for the 2nd collar.
